Window Cleaning

Prices are for cleaning of windows and do not include paint removal.

Double-Hung With Popout Grids:
Interior & exterior:	$7.95 per window
* Exterior only:	$4.95 per window

Double-Hung With Dividers In-Between Glass:
Interior & exterior:	$7.95 per window
* Exterior only:	$4.95 per window

Crank Out Flat Glass:
Interior & exterior:	$8 per set of 2 small windows $10 per whole large window
* Exterior only:	$4.50 per set of small windows $5.50 per whole large window

Panes & Storms (Interior & Exterior):
Standard panes:	$0.80 per pane
*** Storms:	$9 per storm set

Standard Panes:
Interior & exterior:	$0.80 each
Exterior only:	$0.55 each

Larger panes are priced on an individual basis.

** Screens:	$2 per whole window screen $1 per half window screen

** Screens:

$2 per whole window screen
$1 per half window screen

* All screens must be removed prior to service. If AAA Window Cleaning removes screens and puts them back in place, the price per window is $5.95. If AAA Window Cleaning removes screens and customer puts them back in place, the cost per window is $5.45.

** Applies to screens that cover bottom of window only. Does not apply to whole screens that can be taken off from outside.

*** If a storm window breaks due to negligence of AAA Window Cleaning, the part will be replaced at no charge. However, if a storm breaks due to improper fitting, missing parts or any other reason, AAA Window Cleaning will not be held liable and the homeowner will be charged for all costs incurred to replace window.

Gutter Cleaning

Rates are for blowing out gutters and checking downspouts, blowing off deck, driveway and bushes and blowing debris into natural areas. We can hand dip and bag for an extra charge. Price is based on the heated square footage of the house; however, additional charges may apply for additional guttering not included in the square footage such as garages, porches, sunrooms, and extreme levels of difficulty. There is a $100 minimum.

1,500- 1,999 square feet:	$99
2,000 - 2,499 square feet:	$109
2,500 - 2,999 square feet:	$119
3,000 - 3,499 square feet:	$129
3,500 - 3,999 square feet:	$139
4,000 - 4,499 square feet:	$149
4,500 - 4,999 square feet:	$165
5,000 - 5,499 square feet:	$190
5,500 - 6,000 square feet:	$220

Pressure / Power Washing Cleaning

Price is based on the square footage of residence.

House:	$0.10 to $0.15 per square foot
Driveway & concrete:	$0.13 per square foot
